In 2017, we visited Tokyo and Kyoto in April for five days. It was our first trip together outside of the country. It was a great experience and it got us hooked on traveling.

In October 2017, we visited Dublin and Belfast in Ireland. We had so much fun in Ireland and Chad even drove on the other side of the road from Dublin up to Belfast.

In July 2018, we visited Manila and Tarlac in the Philippines. We attended our friend’s wedding where Chad was the best man. We had so much fun eating, drinking, and singing karaoke with the family.

In February 2019, we visited Seattle and Las Vegas. It was the coldest time of the year and some school closed in Seattle because of how much snow there was.

In September 2019, we visited Brazil on our way to hike up Machu Picchu. There were so many similarities to Hawai’i, such as the trees and the temperature. We had so much fun.

In September 2019, after visiting Brazil, we visited Peru. We went to Cusco and went on a 4 day, 3 night hike to Machu Picchu. It was an unforgettable adventure.

Since 2020 was COVID, there was no traveling for us, but in July of 2021, we went to San Jose and San Francisco to visit my brother and then to San Diego to visit one of my best friends, Chanelle.

In November 2021, we went on a GoAhead Tour to Iceland to hopefully see the Northern Lights. We went up there with my best friend, Sarah, and we had a blast. Iceland is such a beautiful place! Hopefully we can visit again.

In September of 2021, I started working as a contractor for Delta Airlines, meaning I can fly on standby on any Delta plane. So, in May of 2022, we visited Amsterdam with my flying benefits. It was a short but fun trip.

In April 2023, we went to Siem Reap, Cambodia for the first part of our honeymoon. We visited Angkor Wat and Bayon Temple, just to name a few. We also went on a Cambodian food tour and even went to a fishing village.

After visiting Cambodia, we visited Bangkok and Chiang Mai in Thailand. We were there during Songkran, a 3 day Buddhist New Year’s festival, where they play water all three days. It was so much fun.

For the last week of our honeymoon, we visited Hanoi in Vietnam. We ate so much good food, made our own knives, visited an incense village, and even had a cooking class. We had a great time just walking around and getting lost.
